Refund and Returns Policy

Refund Policy:

We strive to ensure that our birds are happy and healthy during their journey to their new home. However, circumstances beyond our control may result in the unfortunate death of some birds. In such cases, we have a refund policy as follows:

  1. Refund for Birds Arriving Deceased: We will provide a full refund for any birds that arrive at their destination and are already deceased.
  1. Refund for Birds that Pass Away Within 24 Hours: We will also offer a full refund for birds that pass away within 24 hours of their arrival. Please wait until after the 24 hours to report any losses to us.
  1. Documentation Required: We require documentation to process a refund. A photo and a total count of the deceased is sufficient.
  1. Refund Request Process: Please contact us with the necessary documentation of your losses within 48 hours of receiving your order to initiate a refund request.
